Elizabeth Keller serves as the Executive Director of The Committee of 100 which is a non-partisan, non-profit association of Delaware business leaders that works to promote responsible economic development. She works with The Committee members and Board of Directors on land use, transportation, and other related issues to positively impact Delaware’s economic climate.

Elizabeth previously served as the Director of the Delaware Tourism Office for five years. She was as an integral member of the state’s team providing support to government leadership during COVID-19, including program development, and served as a liaison between state agencies and community organizations. Her accomplishments range from record-breaking increases in annual visitation and statewide tourism revenue, overseeing the state's largest marketing campaign and developing new initiatives such as the Delaware Discoveries Trail and the Destination Development Program.

Elizabeth had joined the tourism office in 2010 as a Marketing Manager. She was the behind-the-scenes force for many of DTO’s biggest initiatives – the "Endless Discoveries" brand, numerous award-winning travel guides and marketing campaigns – as well as a regional and national speaker. Elizabeth also previously served as an AmeriCorps VISTA in the Delaware Economic Development Office where she developed the Dover Library Job Center program, which was implemented statewide. And she is proud to serve on the board and volunteer her time with Gals That Give, a Kent County based non-profit organization.

Elizabeth lives in Smyrna with her husband and their fur-babies. She is an enthusiast of all things Disney (and even worked at Walt Disney World).
