Matt Dougherty serves as the Executive Director of The Committee of 100 which is a non-partisan, non-profit association of Delaware business leaders that works to promote responsible economic development. He works with The Committee members and Board of Directors on land use, transportation, and other related issues to positively impact Delaware’s economic climate. Matt previously served in senior roles in elected office in both Delaware and Washington, D.C. Including working for U.S. Senator Tom Carper, U.S. Rep. Debbie Dingell, U.S. Rep. David Trone, Lt. Governor Bethany Hall-Long and Boston Mayor Marty Walsh. During his time working in those offices Matt focused on managing daily operations, economic and economic development policy, and executive support. Matt lives in the City of Wilmington with his wife Christine and their two daughters. |
